Return & exchange
Because all of our products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns for things like size, color, or a change of heart. Please double-check your selection before placing your order — sizing guides are there to help you get it right. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange eligibility
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to request an exchange
To begin an exchange, email us at support@unqtd.com with the following:

A description of the issue

Clear photo(s) or video of the item and packaging
Our team will open an investigation with our manufacturer and respond with next steps.
If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you:

A prepaid return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to return the item
Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
