Every UNQTD piece is printed on demand, which means we don’t pull from a warehouse — we print, pack, and ship your order fresh.

  • Production time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping time (US): 3–5 business days via USPS

Shipping rates

  • Orders under $99: $9.99 flat rate

  • Orders over $99+: Free shipping

Delivery timeline & holiday delays

Most orders arrive on time. But during peak seasons (like the holidays), carriers sometimes experience delays due to high volume. We appreciate your patience — your order is worth the wait.

Delivery claims

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, here's what to do:

  • Contact us at support@unqtd.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note: claim resolutions can take up to 30 days, depending on the carrier.

Important: We do not refund or reship packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Include:

  • Street number

  • Apartment or unit #

  • Correct spelling & abbreviations

UNQTD is not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. We do not offer refunds or credits in such cases.
